Cancellation Policy
We enforce a strict cancellation policy.  We require a credit card and a deposit in order to reserve an appointment.  
Please be mindful of canceling/rescheduling during business hours.  If you cancel outside of our business hours less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service.  

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that a 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed.  No shows will be charged 100% of the service that was missed.

Appointment confirmations are sent out via text/email 48 hours before your appointment.

In the event of a weather emergency, we will wave the cancellation fee.
